‘Maître Restaurateur’ since 31st March 2015. The label ‘Maître Restaurateur’ guarantees that 80% of our products are fresh. In order to receive this award the restaurateur has to respect certain conditions, commit to a high standard of hygiene throughout the establishment, as well as client hospitality and staff qualifications.The audit validating the achievement of the label is carried out by an independent organization of state certification.


The menu inspired by our chef, Yves Beaulieu, particularly features fresh, seasonal, local products and the creativity of his cuisine allows you to rediscover great tastes from days gone by.


We have a special menu both at midday and in the evening (starter, main course, dessert) as well as our full à la carte menu, which you can relish as you look out on Mont Blanc.

We have a varied choice of drinks on offer in the bar and in the hotel lounge where you will be welcome at any time of day. As from 5 pm, get together round a cosy fire with a house aperitif and taste mulled wine or a drink of your choice.
